Integrate Fixer.io

We’ll assume that you already know how to add tasks to a workflow and have added the ‘Convert specific currencies against your chosen base currency’ Fixer.io task to your workflow.

Integrating Fixer.io with Kotive happens in one step:

  1. Setup the ‘Convert specific currencies against your chosen base currency’ Fixer.io task

1. Setup the 'Convert specific currencies against your chosen base currency' Fixer.io:

  1. Select the Fixer tab of the ‘Convert specific currencies against your chosen base currency’ Fixer.io task.

  2. Under Choose base currency, name the base currency you want to exchange against e.g. ‘USD’

  3. Under Request specific currencies, list all the currencies you wish to see the exchange rates for, separated by commas. E.g. ‘GBP,ZAR’

Done! You have now fully integrated your Fixer.io with your Kotive workflow. When a workflow runs, currencies will be converted to your chosen settings.

Tip

You can add conditions to your Fixer.io tasks in the same manner as with any of the other tasks in your workflow.
